LIFE IN PRISON FOR THROWING GIRL IN A TRASH

Courtesy of Muskingum County Sheriff's Office Former Muskingum University student Emile Weaver has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for the heinous crime of throwing her newborn baby in the trash outside her sorority house. Emile is paying dearly for her baby’s death. Emile Weaver , 21, was sentenced on June 27 to life in prison without the chance for parole, after being found guilty of killing her newborn daughter by leaving her outside her sorority house inside a trash bag. Emile was convicted of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence by a jury in May, and now has to pay for her crime committed on April 22, 2015. Prosecutors said Emile gave birth in a bathroom at the Delta Gamma Theta sorority on April 22, and proceeded to “take care” of her newborn daughter. Rather than calling for medical care or rushing to the hospital for help, Emile quietly placed her baby in a plastic trash bag and left her outside the house; the baby girl died of asphyxiation, according to the Associated Press. Emile testified at her trial that she was in denial about her pregnancy, and thought that the baby was already dead when she put her in the trash bag. She apologized to the jury and said that she had asked god’s forgiveness, too. Prosecutors said that Emile actually knew she was pregnant the whole time, and did things like drink heavily, smoke weed, and play contact sports because she never intended to keep the baby. There was one other piece of damning evidence presented by prosecution. The former sorority girl had sent texts to the baby’s father that said “No more baby,” followed by “taken care of.” Emile could have been sentenced to life in prison with the option of parole in 20 years, but the presiding Judge Mark Fleegle couldn’t be convinced she was remorseful. The text, was probably the most truthful statement you made that day,” the judge told Emile, according to the Zanesville Times Recorder. “It was an inconvenience, and you took care of it.” Emile attempted to plead not guilty by reason of insanity, but she was found mentally competent. She is attempting to appeal her sentence. “We believe justice has been served as best as humanly possible,” Muskingum County Prosecutor D. Michael Haddox said.

GREEDINESS IS WHAT WE SHARE: MAFISI SACCO AND HYENAS

Here is a list of all the differences between the self proclaimed Team Mafisi and the real Hyenas.‘Team Mafisi' and hyenas exhibit very different characteristics apart from being greedy Much has been written about the self- proclaimed Team Mafisi Sacco loosely translated Hyenas' sacco, from the virtual press conferences they hold online to the crazy memes created hyping the members every-time there is a scandalous trend on Twitter. Despite all the craze it is of due importance to note that there is a stark difference between the members of Team Mafisi Sacco and the real hyenas, beats me how this name was coined all together.

Greedy

Team Mafisi's are known to be greedy, something we all agree on but there is more; Hyena's are thin and emaciated compared to Team Mafisi's who mostly don a big tummy and are overweight thanks to the frequent trips to their drinking dens every other evening.

Courage

Hyena's are very courageous despite your thoughts, it takes a lot to go after the lions

and chase them just to get a bite of the leftovers. Team Mafisi on the other hand have proven to

be cowards with no strategy, the only time they exhibit teamwork is when they are making fun of poor individuals being trolled on social media, nonwondet no good has come out of Team

Mafisi's team work.

Bro-Code

Mafisi's will even disrespect the universal bro- code (not hitting on your friend's girlfriend or crush, to them this is a green light).

Strategy

Hyena's will strategise on how to chase off the lions to get their food, on the other hand catch a member of the Mafisi sacco dead trying to snatch a girl from a sponsor. Its not like they have a chance anyway but they will not even try

Good Hunters

Mafisi's are good and intelligent hunters and will take however long it takes to land on a prey, the average Team Mafisi is always broke, has no skills whatsoever in getting own woman let alone keep it. When faced with any trouble they are the ones ready to take off. They are well known to scavenge what is left by the sponsors

Ideally almost all members of Team Mafisi are living to the character linked to the hyena ‘greed'. They are always salivating and drooling  after what does not belong to them.

Are you a member of Team Mafisi Sacco, can you tick on all of the above? if so then please

stand up.

UNITED KINGDOM VOTES TO LEAVE EUROPEAN BOND

UK votes to leave European Union.
Out of a population of 46.8 million, 33.5 million votes were cast and the tallies revealed that about 48.11% voted to stay while the majority 51.89% voted to leave. Despite the British exit campaign, it's 2 member states namely Ireland and Scotland are against it.
Eddie Sayers, Editor in Chief YouGov speculates that Nordic countries such as Norway, Sweden, will opt to leave as a result of the UK exit, while Germany and France will stay, being the founders of EU.
Facts show that this divorce process will be easier since:
UK has a strong economy as a result of being one of the most open economies in the world.
The British pound is not dependent on Euros like other markets.
With this divorce process however, the British pound has dropped from 1.5 to 1.36 against the dollar. This is a drop by 10.37% , marking the lowest drop in 35years.

2 BOTTLES OF CHANG’AA FOR A JEWEL

A man from Nasianda village, Bumula Constituency in Bungoma County is alleged to have married off his daughter, a class seven pupil to a brew dealer. This he did by force, in exchange for local brew ;chang’aa and busaa .This has left the residents from his village in great shock and awe. The man will be therefore drinking two bottles of chang’aa every day of his life until the dowry is fully paid.

For the uncontained love of the brew, the man went and evicted his daughter from claaass qand took her to the chang’aa manufacturer .This would be in exchange for a daily drink as dowry. The girl whose name has not been disclosed was a standard seven pupil at Nabumali primary school. She is now entitled to being a wife at her tender age at the expense of going to school. Her father on the other hand continues to reduce the dowry payment by drinking the brew everyday.

This happens after president Uhuru Kenyatta gave a directive that such illicit be destroyed and banned from the society. The incident has raised many concerns from the villagers and leaders. Boniface Otsiula , MP for Bungoma has demanded that the police arrest  and charge the man and ensure the girl goes back to school .He added that such issues deteriorate education standards in the area.

‘Bumula has always lagged behind in education because of early pregnancies and high

rate of school drop outs. The man should be taken to court to serve as an example to

others who may have the same behavior.’

Displeased, Reginald Wanyonyi, the Women Representative asked the county commissioner Joshua Chepchieng to look into the matter with immediate effect.

CREATIVITY,TAKES BUNGOMA TO ANOTHER LEVEL

Even after being arraigned in court and charged with contemplating suicide and endangering lives of other of other passengers on board the chopper carrying Jacob Juma's remains one Wanjala will remain in history books and will probably be remembered for now a game for android users has been launched in Google play store.

Saleh Wanjala, ,alias James Bond Wanjala, recently hit the headlines and before he knew it he was trending in social media, this was on 13th Friday of April, he is popularly known for hanging on a chopper that carried the remains of Jacob Juma.  He recently revealed why he made the move citing that he mistook the chopper for a matatu under influence of his drunken stupor! He has risen to celebrity status, may get a free ride by Bonfire Adventures, if that is what he so craved.

Kenyans never cease to amaze with their creativity levels. A gaming application ‘Bungoma hangman' that highlights the #BungomaJamesBond incident has been developed.

Saleh Wanjala hit the headlines few weeks ago after he hung onto a flying helicopter that was ferrying the remains of the slain businessman Jacob Juma in Bungoma. A screenshot of the Bungoma Hangman gaming app shows the character hanging onto the chopper rails.

Wanjala was arrested for endangering his life contrary to the aviation act but was later released on KSh 30,000 cash bail through the help of a local businessman. A screenshot of the Bungoma Hangman gaming app. The new game features highlight the incident showing a character hanging onto a chopper. The player survives by hanging onto dear life on the

chopper landing rails and earns points by ensuring he/she covers a long distance while building his strength by eating lots of Ugali, chicken and Sukuma Wiki.

we cannot help but wait for another Kenyan to do a crazy stuff and one creative Kenyan comes up with a game too. At this rate I see Kenya making it to greater heights!

A POLYGAMOUS OR A PHILANDERER?

What is more responsible than having as many girlfriends as I can handle? Take it from this perspective, when a chic knows she is the only one in a man’s life, the monopoly overwhelms her. Knowing  she has no competition, she becomes careless and always sulks like a baby thinking she is fully entitled to put you through mental torture and detriment you ,after all, at the end of the day you have no side chic to resort to. Honestly, I really pity the suffering monogamous dudes who slowly but surely will soon be heading to Mathare Mental facilities .God help the poor souls!Women are funny creatures who fear competition, especially the nagging type. If you as much as dare receive a call from a lady she does not know and you fail to explain who she is, believe me my friend you will end up not knowing what conjugal rights are for about two weeks.
What if another  lady comes into the picture? This would definitely trigger her competitive side ,nothing makes a lady feel more insecure like seeing a hot chic constantly hitting your inbox in whatsapp, constantly liking your posts in facebook and faithfully following your tweets. Your trophy lady would definitely do everything to outdo the other lady, just so to please you. It  is healthy to make women jealous, it is only then that you will get full dose of her romance side.
I know most ladies would call me crazy but I think most responsible men would agree with me.  Get my point clearly, am not saying that a man should  be a philanderer or a Casanova for that matter, am sanely advocating for polygamy but now in campus level. Make it official to her that you have two other ladies beside her. If I may allude to the holy book that we so much tie our faiths to, we find the wisest of all people that have ever lived, Wise King Solomon, with all his wisdom knew it was quite cumbersome to have one woman at his beck and call. He had a staggering number of a thousand! Ndume kamili!
Ladies what is worse? Having a  man who has two ladies and he faithfully serves  them or a man who has only you but  diligently and aggressively sleeps around  with  anything in  a skirt in the name of team mafisi?
It is about time we became realistic, why be too proud to refuse  to be the second or third lady in a relationship yet all the six to ten men you have initially met in your campus life all stayed with you, and only you, faithfully but after digging your honeypot disappeared into thin air? Honestly it is not playing second fiddle; it only implies the other lady came first, you both have a role to play and the bottom line is that you share one man who is faithful to both of you.
My ten dollar point is;  this does not have to make sense, it is the reality!
