A man moved to court to sue the Pangani 6 and
Muthaiga 2. Charles Kioko wants them bared from holding any public office. Although
the judge refused to certify the sue. Further he wants the Independent Electrol
Boundaries Commission and the Ethnics and Anti-Corruption Commission not to
clear them in the next general election.
“These
politicians have in the recent past uttered words that caused anxiety in the
country concidering their standing in the society,” said Kioko as quoted in the
Daily Nation.
